<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extend a period until reusing a medium when storing the medium by a first-in last-out system.SOLUTION: A bill reception/payment machine 10 allocates the same denomination to two bill cassettes 17, takes and stored a bill received from a customer in a reception transaction into the bill cassette, delivers a bill BL inside the delivery bill cassette and pays it to a customer in time of a payment transaction. Therefor, the bill reception/payment machine 10 can hold the bill BL received from the customer in the reception transaction without paying it for the time being. Thereby, even if the bill reception/payment machine 10 cannot discriminate a fake bill and takes it in the reception transaction, discrimination information is updated until delivering it to discriminate and exclude the fake bill in time of the payment transaction, so that the bill reception/payment machine 10 can prevent the payment to another customer.</p> |
