<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a device of manufacturing a bead member, capable of flexibly adjusting a reforming angle of a bead filler.SOLUTION: A bead core C is concentrically attached on a top face of a rotary table 11 having a truncated cone shape, in which a diameter of the top face is smaller than a diameter of a bottom face and a rotary shaft is in the vertical direction, a belt-like bead filler F is consecutively supplied and attached on a slant face of the rotary table 11, adjacently to the bead core C which is attached to the rotary table 11 and rotates. Longitudinal tip part and rear part of the bead filler are butted to be jointed.</p> |
