<p>Disclosed is a method for decoding a video which is capable of supporting a multi-layer. According to the present invention, provided is a method for decoding a video including the steps of: receiving flag information representing whether reference picture set information of a reference layer which a current picture refers to is used when an initial reference picture list of the current picture is configured; generating the initial reference picture list based on the flag information; and performing a prediction of the current picture based on the initial reference picture list. Thus, the present invention provides a method of generating a reference picture list including a picture of a layer different from a layer to be currently coded and decoded, and an apparatus using the same.</p> |
