本发明提供一种视讯处理方法及系统。视讯处理方法适于回转式视讯撷取装置。视讯处理方法包含接收至少一视框，至少一视框对应至少一视野资讯。取得至少一视框的多个第一像素对应的多个第一座标。依据至少一视野资讯对第一座标进行座标转换，取得多个第二座标。依据第二座标对应于全景背景中取得多个第二像素。比对第一像素及第二像素，以判断第一像素为前景或背景，取得比对结果。并输出比对结果。本视讯处理方法及系统可以较快速比对背景资讯以取得前景资讯。; receiving a plurality of first coordinates which are corresponding to a plurality of first pixels of the at least one frame; retrieving, according to transfer the first coordinates with the at least one vision information, a plurality of second coordinates; retrieving, according to the second coordinates with a panorama background, a plurality of second pixels; determining, according to the first pixels and the second pixels, whether the first pixels is foreground or background; and outputting a comparison result.
