<p>The invention relates to a method for producing vegetable plants, characterised in that it comprises the following steps: three strata are placed in a pot (10), the bottom of which has more than twenty holes (11, 12, 13) of less than five millimetres in diameter: a lower stratum (20) consisting of mineral-deficient garden soil, an intermediate stratum (30) consisting of mineral-rich composted soil, and an upper stratum (40) consisting of neutral sand; dried compost from organic material, that has been ground and sieved, having been added to the top of said intermediate stratum (30); and a vegetable plant (60) is grown in said pot (10), said pot (10) having being placed on soil that is richer in minerals than the garden soil forming the lower stratum (20).</p> |
