The invention relates to a modular system of swirling entrainment and controlled orientability of the hot air streams, to be assembled as lines or as a matrix, depending on the application or location, meant to be used in the heating apparatuses or cooking appliances. According to the invention, the system consists of a support (1) whereon there is at least one tube (2) which may be conical, inside each tube (2) there being mounted a helical element (3), which may have a variable pitch, a module consisting of a support (1) with tubes (2) and helical elements (3) being installed inside a heating apparatus, known per se, so that the hot air flow inside the apparatus gets into the support (1) and passes through the tubes (2), and the helical elements (3) convert the linear hot air flow into swirling streams, where the tubes (2) form an angle ( &bgr; ) with the support (1), which leads to the hot air flow orientation towards certain areas inside the heating apparatus or a cooking appliance. |
