<p>The invention relates to a method and a device for continuous steam extraction and the isothermal transportation of gas samples taken from the drilling fluid, while drilling a bore hole, in order to determine both the gas/fluid ratio and the gas chemical composition. According to the invention, the device comprises a vertical metallic tube (1), provided, at its upper side, with a connection (2) for extracting the steam and gas mixture, in its lower area, the tube having a heating jacket (3) made integral therewith, said jacket being externally covered by a wall (4) made of teflon, for thermal insulation, through the jacket (3) a hot fluid (5) circulating through some turn and return connections (6 and 7), the tube (1) being also provided with an injecting connection (8), and with another upper connection (9) for extraction and for maintaining the level of a drilling fluid (10) located under the reflux control ring (11), the connections (8 and 9) being connected, by means of a counterflow heat exchanger (12), to some first and second equal channels of a volumetric pump (13), by means whereof it is hydraulically actuated, the pump (13) being further connected both to a pipe (14) and a suction filter (15) and to another pipe (16).</p> |
