The present invention relates to an apparatus for seeding halophytes and inducing growth of halophytes. The apparatus includes a seeding pot and a fence that encircles an outer part of the seeding pot. The pot comprises: a plurality of tubular pots of which upper end portions and lower end portions are penetrated; and a plate on which the tubular pots are joined. When the apparatus is used, halophytes on a seaside can be efficiently seeded, and possibility of continuous growth of the halophytes is increased after seeding.
