Disclosed is a use of a CD19xCD3 bispecific antibody for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition for the treatment of tumorous mass of lymph node tissue and/or extranodal lymphoma caused by diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) in a patient, wherein the pharmaceutical composition is to be administered in combination with at least one glucocorticoid.
