The present invention relates to an adhesive composition for an acryl-based film and to a polarizing plate containing the same. More specifically, the adhesive composition for an acryl-based film contains an acryl-based copolymer, a photoinitiator, and a silane-based compound having an amino group at the terminal. Therefore, adhesion durability and re-workability of the adhesive composition are excellent even when the adhesive composition is applied to the acryl-based film under an extreme condition (high temperatures or high temperatures and high humidity). The silane-based compound having an amino group at the terminal is one or more selected from a group consisting of compounds represented by chemical formulas 1 to 19.
