Such problem, that the number of variable parameters is increased if information is transmitted by MIMO (Multiple Input Multiple Output) and therefore the number (figure 6, III) of information bits required by a control channel is increased, is existent. Also such problem, that the control channel information is increased proportional to the number of users if the number of synchronous multiplexing users is increased in a single frame, is existent. In order to solve these problems, error correction encoding treatment is carried out on the control channel information by using an adaptive modulation encoding scheme; the control channel information after the error correction encoding treatment is modulated by using the predefined encoding scheme and then is sent; and the control channel information is further set in such a way that the encoding rate in the error correction encoding treatment can be changed according to a transmission state. |
