The invention relates to a device for needle biopsy which enables to take incisional and/or aspirating tissue bioptate, cystic fluid and blood materials from the anomalous nodules or masses (tumors) in the human body, which contains an injection syringe body (16), an injection syringe hollow (17) that is formed inside the said body (16) and an impermeability element (18) that is positioned in this hollow (17), a moveable piston (24) and a pressure surface (25) that is formed on this piston (24), an outer needle (10) that is connected at one end to the body (16), a hollow (11) of the outer needle (10), a tip (12) of the outer needle (10) end that is not connected to the body (16), a needle connection head (14) that enables to interconnect the outer needle (10) and the body (16), a head connection surface (15), located at the side of the body (16) connected with the outer needle (10) that enables to connect the needle connection head (14) to the body (16), characterized by that the device has a notch (13) which is located at the tip of the outer needle (10) and enables to take incisional and/or aspirating tissue bioptate, cystic fluid and blood materials from the masses or nodules for filling the hollow (11) of the outer needle (10), a cutting inner needle (20) which is located in the hollow (11) of the outer needle (10) and is connected to the end of the moveable piston (24) without the pressure surface (25), a cutting edge (21) which is located at the far end of the cutting inner needle (20) from the body (16), an inlet (22) that is formed at the cutting edge (21) of the cutting inner needle (20) and enables to take fluid/semi-fluid bioptates, such as cystic fluid, aspirating tissue bioptate, blood elements, from the cutting edge (21) of the cutting inner needle (20), a conveying space (23) which is formed in the cutting inner needle (20) and enables to transfer fluid/semi-fluid bioptates, such as cystic fluid, aspirating tissue bioptate, blood elements, through the inlet (22) in the direction to the body (16) by the cutting inner needle (20), a unidirectional fluid passage (23.1) which is formed in the cutting inner needle (20), a connection head (26) which is located at the side of the cutting inner needle (20) connected to the moveable piston (24) and which is provided to connect the cutting inner needle (20) to the moveable piston (24), and an outlet (27) which enables to remove fluid/semi-fluid bioptates, such as cystic fluid, aspirating tissue bioptate, blood elements, from the conveying space (23). |
