According to the present invention, an apparatus for controlling the temperature includes: a reactor which contains cells and a culture medium; a spraying part which sprays a temperature control fluid to the reactor in order to control the temperature of the reactor; a support frame which supports the reactor and the spraying part; a water tank in which the temperature control fluid that has been sprayed from the spraying part and has passed the reactor is stored; a temperature control part which controls the temperature of the temperature control fluid stored in the water tank; and a recirculation part which resupplies the temperature control fluid stored in the water tank back to the spraying part. The apparatus reuses the temperature control fluid. Therefore, not only the amount of temperature control fluid used and the amount of energy consumption can be significantly reduced, but also an additional drainage system is not needed to be provided.
