The present invention relates to an on-line reward unit sharing system capable of making an on-line reward unit and sharing the on-line reward unit with a plurality of users. The on-line reward unit sharing system includes: an identification part for identifying information of a seller sensed in a seller terminal; a hierarchy forming part for setting relationship of a matching user for setting the sharing relationship of the reward unit as to the users; a database for storing information of the user and the reward unit; and a calculation part which performs accumulation or subtraction of the reward unit as to the matching unit together if accumulation or subtraction of the reward unit is performed as to a specific user. Therefore, purchase satisfaction of the users is improved, and the effect of customer attraction and management is improved.
