The present invention comprises: a first step of cutting ALC blocks with a predetermined size in half and polishing the cut ALC blocks in a wedge form, and spreading a vegetable paste on surfaces of the ALC blocks polished in a wedge form, followed by drying; a second step of coating red clay with a predetermined thickness on a circular plate-shaped iron support, followed by drying, and then resting an iron oven on an upper surface of the dried red clay; a third step of building some of the ALC blocks cut and polished in a wedge shape, followed by first plastering, and then resting an oven plate thereon; and a fourth step of building the ALC blocks into a round structure with a predetermined height, and then installing an intermediate rest and a skewer rest. The plastering and drying using red clay were repeatedly performed on the sequentially built ALC blocks to enhance the tension. According to the present invention, advantages of the ALC blocks and red clay are used, thereby cleanly and uniformly roasting the meat without being burnt based on a stable convention current and radiation heat; increasing the heat efficiency, thus roasting a large amount of meat using a small amount of charcoal fire; and effectively preventing a phenomenon in which a red clay stove is cracked due to the inflation of a cast at a high temperature. |
