<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The plate i.e. preparation plate (2), has an auxiliary support (6) for supporting an additional element (7) e.g. fuel tank, and including arms (8, 9) moving between a deployed position in which the arms are extended to project from an edge (10) i.e. rear transverse edge, of the plate, and a folded position in which the arms are extended adjacent to the edge. The arms are mounted to articulate around rotation axles (11, 12). The axles are located in the vicinity of the edge, and the arms are coupled together by a lever (18). The axles are shifted relative to each other according to direction. #CMT#USE : #/CMT# Support plate i.e. preparation plate, for a mounting equipment of elements of a car on an assembly line (claimed). Uses include but are not limited to a running gear, spare wheel, exhaust line and a main tank. #CMT#ADVANTAGE : #/CMT# The plate enables preparing a mounting equipment without modifying architecture of the plate and without decreasing maneuverability e.g. retraction, of the plate into the ground at the end of a production chain.
