For safe storage and simple and safe taking of tablets (T) by a user a removal of tablets (T) a pharmaceutical dispenser (1) is proposed, comprising exhibiting means for accommodating an exchangeable cartridge (900) containing the pharmaceutical portions (T), the receiving means for the cartridge (900) are in the form of a receiving shaft (150) which extends in the axial direction for insertion of the cartridge (900), at least one locking means for locking the cartridge (900), the locking means being a rotatably movable locking lever (410, 420) designed with two arms and having locking lugs (412, 422) on the lower part of the locking lever; at least one means for cancelling the locking the cartridge (900) in the pharmaceutical dispenser (1), comprising a thrust means (300) which is movable along the receiving shaft (150) for transfer of an elastic force to the medicament portions (T) contained in the cartridge (900) in a column-shaped arrangement. The thrust means (300) is designed in such a way that it locks the locking means when inserting the cartridge into the pharmaceutical dispenser by pressing against an upper part of the locking lever (410, 420), so that the locking lugs of the locking means are locked with one or several locking cartridge profiles, and the thrust means (300) is designed in such a way that it codes the filling level of the cartridge (900) with medicament portions (T) and, by way of this coding, cancels the locking of the cartridge (900) by cancelling the locking of the locking lever lugs when there are no medicament portions (T) remaining in the cartridge. |
