The present invention relates to a side painting machine for a panel, which comprises a paint storage; a base plate horizontally installed on the upper surface of the paint storage, and having a central pipe penetrated and installed vertically at the central part, and multiple paint recovery holes punched on the outer periphery of the central pipe; a mounting plate fixed and installed on the rear outer periphery of the upper surface of the base plate, and having a paint blocking sill vertically projected on the end of the inner periphery; a paint supply pipe vertically fixed and installed by penetrating into the inner side of the central pipe through the lower bottom of the paint storage; a pipe supply rod inserted into the inside of the paint supply pipe, rotating and transporting upward the paint introduced into the paint supply pipe through a screw formed on the outer periphery; a cylindrical painting roller with an open bottom, having the upper rotary shaft of the paint supply rod projected upward outside the paint supply pipe penetrated into the central part of the upper surface thereof to integrally rotate, and having multiple paint ejection holes punched on the upper outer periphery, a movement prevention bearing interposed in the space to the central pipe on the lower inner periphery, and the paint blocking sill of the mounting plate positioned close to the lower end inner periphery; and a cylindrical outer housing with open bottom and open front, surrounding the outer part of the printing roller to have a space at a predetermined distance from the outer periphery of the printing roller, having the lower end fixed and installed on the outer upper surface of the mounting plate so that the paint from the paint ejection holes flows between the inner periphery and the painting roller and is coated on the outer periphery of the painting roller at a predetermined thickness. |
