The present invention relates to a high blocking transparent hybrid packaging film, comprising a substrate; a first coating film which is formed on the surface of the substrate; a second coating film which is formed on the surface of the first coating film; and a third coating film which is made from one of the materials included in the first coating film and is formed on the surface of the second coating film. The high blocking transparent hybrid packaging film of the present invention can be applied to electrical, electron and energy devices which need a property of blocking moisture and gas while keeping transparency.
