The present invention relates to a walking training apparatus based on a roof rail, which enables walking training without using an air hose, enables many users to use a runway rail at the same, and enables walking to free directions. To this end, provided is a walking training apparatus based on a roof rail comprising: a runway rail installed on the ceiling for walking training treatment; a main device consisting of a high pressure air generation unit installed on an indoor place for walking training treatment, and generating and providing high pressure air, and a control unit to control an air supply amount of the high pressure air generation unit; an air balance hoist installed to be movable along the runway rail, selectively raising a belt which a patient wears at the set height through control of air pressure in an air pressure storage space, and having an air entering unit communicated with the air pressure storage space, where high pressure air selectively enters; and a docking unit supplying high pressure air generated in the high pressure air generation unit to the air pressure storage space of the air balance hoist or discharging high pressure air in the air pressure storage space if the air balance hoist moves to the set place and docks. |
