<p>The present invention relates to a semidry ficus carica linn pickled in enzyme and a manufacturing method thereof, comprising the steps of cutting selected ficus carica linn; mixing the same with saccharide in the ratio of 1 to 0.7 or 1 to 1.3; naturally fermenting the same; accordingly forming fermented aged ficus carica linn enzyme and ficus carica linn pickled in enzyme ; separating the liquid enzyme of the fermented aged ficus carica linn; aging the ficus carica linn pickled in the enzyme at room temperature; and drying the aged ficus carica linn pickled in the enzyme by changing the time according to temperatures in three steps.</p> |
