<p>The present invention relates to a food composition and a pharmaceutical composition containing an Eisenia bicyclis extract or an Eisenia bicyclis powder as an active ingredient to prevent or alleviate constipation. By investigating that the Eisenia bicyclis extract or Eisenia bicyclis powder is excellent to promote enterokinesia, intestinal regulation, and alleviate constipation in a mouse, the present invention is useful to treat and prevent various enteric diseases such as constipation, and the Eisenia bicyclis extract or Eisenia bicyclis powder can be useful as a food or pharmaceutical composition to prevent, alleviate, or treat constipation.</p> |
