<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus and method for floating, separating and collecting pollutants capable of quickly floating, separating and collecting the hardly-sinking and hardly-floating pollutant particles. <P>SOLUTION: The apparatus for sticking bubble to float, separate and collect the flocculated pollutant has a bubble agitation mixing section and a floating separation promoting section. The bubble agitation mixing section comprises an agitation mixing tank and a bubble generator arranged in the agitation mixing tank. The floating separation promoting section comprises: a floating separation tank separately connected to the downstream side of the agitation mixing tank of the mixing section; and a separation promoting member which is segmentally arranged so as to section the upstream side and downstream side in the floating separation tank and in which several slit-like and/or canalicular water passages are formed so as to enable pass of raw water from the upstream side to the downstream side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
