<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technology for accurately detecting a fault in a photovoltaic power generation panel in a short time by utilizing a sensor of a solar water heater installed together with a photovoltaic power generation device. <P>SOLUTION: A photovoltaic power generation system has a photovoltaic power generation device 1 together with a solar water heater 2. A control section 6 of the photovoltaic power generation device 1 includes communication means with a control section 10 of the solar water heater 2. The control section 6 of the photovoltaic power generation device 1: acquires information about a heat collection state of a solar heat collection panel 7 from the control section 10 of the solar water heater 2 by using the communication means; judges if a photovoltaic power generation panel 3 is in a condition where power can generate; monitors a power amount supplied from the photovoltaic power generation panel 3 to a power conditioner 4 at a time when the power can generate; and determines that there is a fault in the photovoltaic power generation panel 3 when the power amount is less than a prescribed value. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT</p> |
