<p>Disclosed is a method enabling the easy combining of polyglycerol modified silicone into a cosmetic material for hair. The production method for the cosmetic material for hair comprises a step 1 and a step 2, as below. Step 1: A step for obtaining a silicone composition by mixing component (A) and component (B) at an (A)/(B) weight ratio of 1/10-10/1. (A) is a compound represented by general formula (I): R1O-(PO)n/(EO)m-R2, wherein R1 represents an alkyl group or similar, PO represents a propyleneoxy group, EO represents an ethyleneoxy group, n represents a number 1.5-5.0, m represents a number 0-1.0, and R2 represents a hydrogen atom or a methyl group. (B) is polyglycerol modified silicone. Step 2: A step for obtaining the cosmetic material for hair by mixing the silicone composition obtained in step 1 with a surfactant other than component (A), and/or water.</p> |
