<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and reliably form a through-hole in a lining pipe under continuous flow conditions while suppressing peeling of a resin lining layer on a pipe inner periphery side continuous to a periphery of the through-hole. <P>SOLUTION: A lining pipe through-hole forming method for forming a through-hole 3 in a pipe wall 2A of a fluid pipe 2 with a resin lining layer 1 formed on an inner periphery thereof, while maintaining fluid flow, includes: a housing mounting step of mounting on the fluid pipe 2 a housing provided with a working on-off valve 5 while sealing a through-hole forming work area of the fluid pipe 2; a drilling step of forming the through-hole 3 in the pipe wall 2A of the fluid pipe 2 by means of a drilling tool of a drilling device coupled to the housing, and then removing from the housing the drilling device provided with a cut wall piece; and a film cutting step of attaching to the housing a film cutting device B capable of cutting a resin lining film 1a of the resin lining layer 1 facing the through-hole 3 of the pipe wall 2A, and cutting off the resin lining film 1a approximately along an inner peripheral edge of the through-hole 3. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
