Auxiliary power unit inlet apparatus and methods are disclosed. An example apparatus (202) includes an air inlet (205) for an aircraft (100) including a first air flow path (212) and a second air flow path (214). The first air flow path (212) is immediately adjacent the second air flow path (214). The first air flow path (212) is at least partially separated from the second air flow path (214) by a first panel (216). The example apparatus (202) includes a door (204) hingeably coupled adjacent the air inlet (205). The door (204) includes a second panel (208) extending from an interior surface (306) of the door (204) to substantially prevent air from flowing across the interior surface (306) between the first air flow path (212) and the second air flow path (214).
