<p>The present invention relates to a wire device for removing scale from a pipe, which can be easily inserted into a pipe (90) regardless of the linear portion or curved portion of the pipe and can completely remove hard scale (95) from the inner side of the pipe (90). A flexible wire hose (10) having an elastic spring (20) with durability and elasticity on the outer side is coupled to hard scale (95) on the inner side of the pipe (90) to discharge water during a crushing work. A head anchor bolt (40) is located on the longitudinal center of the front end portion (12) of the wire hose (10) to integrate a wire head (50) with the front end portion (12) of the wire hose. The head anchor bolt (40) and the wire head (50) are coupled to the front end portion (12) of the wire hose (10) by a hose coupler (30) and a coupling nut (60). The hose coupler (30) and the head anchor bolt (40) have water discharge holes (35, 44) on the same line to discharge the water supplied through the wire hose (10) to the outside through the wire head (50).
