Themeasuring circuit has an electrical vibration source (3) of specific frequency from which two line branches (4-7, 8-10) with equal electrical lengths (11, 12) and damping values lead to inputs (a, b) of at least one measuring instrument, typically a vector voltmeter (11). This voltmeter measures the voltage at the ends of the two line branches. A wireless transmission stage between the antennas (1, 2) is cut into one of the line branches, as opposed to the other. The damping factors are calculated according to a complex equation which enables real and imaginary components to be separated.
