The present invention relates to a dry masonry method using double pressure-adhesive tape. The method can solve the problems of a wet masonry method using mortar and enables blocks to be built from a predetermined height or from the ceiling as well as enabling various designs to be implemented and the blocks to be stacked easily in various shapes. The masonry method according to the present invention includes: attaching a thermal insulation material on a concrete wall; attaching the blocks onto the thermal insulation material after attaching the double pressure-adhesive tape on a surface of the wall; filling the gaps between the blocks and between the thermal insulation material and the blocks by spraying and attaching a polyurethane foam onto the gap; and filling only the gaps between the blocks appearing on the front surface with mortar.
