The present invention relates to a method for repairing an azimuth thruster inside a ship, capable of improving efficiency of a work of repairing an azimuth thruster in which an abnormality occurred. According to the present invention, the method for repairing an azimuth thruster inside a ship includes steps of: lifting an azimuth thruster in which an abnormality occurred toward an inner portion of an opened hole on the bottom surface of a ship; inserting a blocking plate underwater at a lower portion of the ship to block the opened hole; discharging seawater collected inside the opened hole of the ship toward the outside; repairing the azimuth thruster in which an abnormality occurred by separating the azimuth thruster from a canister and lowering the azimuth thruster to be mounted on the blocking plate; filling the opened hole of the ship with seawater; removing the blocking plate blocking the opened hole of the ship; and fixing the repaired azimuth thruster at an initial position before being lifted. |
