The present invention relates to a reduction dyeing method of indigo using Dietzia sp. KDB1 and, more specifically, to a reduction dyeing method which is simple and efficient and has excellent reproducibility by using Dietzia sp. KDB1 instead of a traditional fermentation process which has low reproducibility and is difficult and complex. The method can be applied to natural indigo and synthetic indigo, efficiently improves dyeing volume of fabric, and can minimize a reduction process of conventional complex fermentation conditions, thereby contributing greatly to dyeing fields using indigo.
