[Problem] To provide a neutralization apparatus having exchangeable electrode needles and being able to improve workability during cleaning of the electrode needles. [Solution] A neutralization needle unit (3) is formed from an electrode needle (34) disposed in a state with a tip protruding from a housing surface (2a), a housing attachment part (31) that accommodates the electrode needle (34), and finger guards (32) disposed so as to surround the electrode needle (34) above an attachment surface (31a). The finger guards (32) are formed from three or more claw parts disposed along the peripheral edge of the attachment surface (31a), and the claw parts are formed in a shape such that the height thereof is higher from the attachment surface (31a) than the tip of the electrode needle (34). A housing unit (2) has needle unit accommodating holes (23) that accommodate neutralization needle units (3), and the needle unit accommodating holes (23) have needle unit securing means that secure the neutralization needle units (3) such that the finger guards (32) do not rotate in relation to the housing unit (2). Each neutralization needle unit (3) is secured such that a straight line connecting the tips of the electrode needles (34) passes between the claw parts.
