<p>A brake ECU calculates vehicle acceleration (G) on the basis of a detection signal from an acceleration sensor, and calculates the MC pressure acceleration (Amc) corresponding to the MC pressure (Pmc) inside a master cylinder on the basis of the vehicle acceleration (G). Further, the brake ECU calculates a gradient acceleration (Ag) corresponding to the gradient of the road. Then, if the absolute value of the MC pressure acceleration (Amc) reaches or exceeds the absolute value of the gradient acceleration (Ag), the brake ECU performs stopping control permitting automatic stopping of the engine (third time point (t13)).</p> |
