<p>A heat exchanger comprises a number of plates parallel to one another and constituting between them spaces alternately filled with the heat-emitting and the heat-receiving fluids. These parallel plates are circular, more specifically hemispherical. The overall diameter of the cylindrical vessel is reduced. The stability and heat transfer performance of the plates is improved.</p> |
