<p>#CMT# #/CMT# The apparatus (1) has a stressing device for acting upon plastic material pre-forms (10) with a gas medium such that the pre-forms are conveyed along a conveying path. The pre-forms are guided between guide rails i.e. left-hand and right-hand guide strips (2, 4), where geometrical positions of the guide rails are altered with respect to each other. Lateral guiding elements laterally guide the pre-forms.
