<p>The present invention relates to an organic light emitting device which prevents color shift and luminance degradation according to a viewing angle and can improve color gamut and outdoor visibility, when an OLED with a micro cavity is applied. According to an organic light emitting device according to an embodiment of the present invention, one pixel comprises a W, R, G, B sub pixel, and one sub pixel or plural sub pixels of the W, R, G, B sub pixel are formed in a micro cavity structure. A sub pixel with a micro cavity among the W, R, G, B sub pixel is divided into a plurality of sub pixel areas. An anode electrode of a sub pixel without a micro cavity among the W, R, G, B sub pixel is formed with a first thickness. An anode electrode of a first sub pixel area of a sub pixel with a micro cavity among the W, R, G, B sub pixel is formed with a second thickness. And an anode electrode of a second sub pixel area of a sub pixel with the micro cavity is formed with a third thickness.</p> |
