<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a member having game media values saved in a plurality of accounts with different rates to transfer a replay while reducing chances of disadvantage to the member and to a game parlor. <P>SOLUTION: When a transfer command processing part receives a command input to start the replay, the replay is started with a ball storing account corresponding to the command input as a debit account. When the transfer command processing part receives a command input to transfer the replay, the replay is transferred with the ball storing account corresponding to the command input as the debit account to convert the balance in all the ball storing accounts with different rates from the rate of the debit account for the replay at a self-device rate. A display control part displays the value converted by the transfer command processing part as the numbers of game media for the replay for each ball storing account, and displays a message to receive the command input to transfer the replay.
