<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for producing an industrially valuable inorganic nanocomposite by which nanoparticles of an inorganic material can be uniformly dispersed in a polymer material. <P>SOLUTION: In feeding a slurry prepared by dispersing nanoparticles of the inorganic material in a liquid to the molten polymer material, the polymer material is kept at a pressure at least a pressure value at which the liquid in the slurry does not evaporate due to temperature of the material held in the polymer material. Thereby, the molten polymer material and the slurry are mixed and kneaded in a state in which the liquid in the slurry does not evaporate. Subsequently, the liquid in the polymer material including the liquid intervening among the nanoparticles is evaporated to degas generated gases. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
