<p>The kitchen unit is for restaurants for the preparation of food. It has a frame consisting of four uprights joined by cross bars and a plate (5) fitted in the top. A set of drawers are fitted between the uprights. The front of the plate has an opening (6) in which a chopping board (7) is fitted. A refuse box (8) is fitted into the centre of the plate, parallel to the chopping board. There is one slot (10) parallel to the box and a second on the side for knives and other utensils.</p> |
