Jewellery ring with variable shape - has mating elements with bevelled edges to prevent pivoting

The piece of jewellry is a ring which can be altered in shape. It consists of two elements (2, 3), each of which is a decorative ring, which fit together. One (2) is a female element with an opening (6) in which a projection (7) on the male (3) fits. Most faces of the opening and the projection are inclined, some to the left (8, 9), some to the right (10, 11), some to the front (12, 13), and some to the back (14, 15). Some (16, 17) are vertical. The corresponding faces of the opening and the projection have the same dimensions to avoid relative pivoting of the elements.
