<p>[Problem] An objective of the present invention is to provide a gas emission device and seat belt pre-tensioner with which miniaturization and improved performance are possible. [Solution] A gas emission device comprises; a housing (136) having a cylindrical shape in which one end side (136a) is closed by an end face (124) and the interior is filled with a gas emission agent (134); and a squib (140) which is attached to the other end side (136b) of the housing (136) and which ignites the gas emission agent (134) by a signal which is received externally therefrom. The housing (136) further comprises a score part (144) which is disposed upon the end face (124) and which induces a rift in the end face (124) when the gas is emitted. The score part (144) is disposed in a location in which the start point of the fissure (center point P1) is shifted from the center of the end face (124).</p> |
