摘要 <p>The lactose into glucose and galactose. Before concn. the lactoserum is pref. partially demineralised, esp. to remove NaCl and KCl. The concn. is pref. effected at low temp. During hydrolysis the conc. lactoserum is pref. mildly agitated and the hydrolysis is pref. at 32-37 degrees C for >=24 hrs. at pH 6.5-8. The prod. is used in the food industry, the hydrolysis making it suitable for human comsumption. The concn. makes the material bacteriologically stable in hydrolysis and also enables less enzyme to be used.</p>
