The integrated circuit includes a pad configured to receive data from the outside; an on-die termination (ODT) circuit configured to couple a termination resistor to the pad based on ODT information input from the outside; an input buffer configured to determine data input to the pad based on a reference voltage, and to store the determined data; and a reference voltage generator configured to generate the reference voltage based on the ODT information.</p>
