The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a sheet material for fashion textile based on a regenerated leather manufacturing technology using a wet-dry manufacturing method. According to the method of the present invention, the material which has thickness proper to fashion textiles, flexibility, tensile strength, and tear strength can be finally manufactured. The method includes (a) a refinement process of refining shaving scraps and fiber waste which are byproducts of genuine leather; (b) a mixing process of mixing latex having a relatively low glass transition temperature (Tg); (c) a remixing process of mixing latex having a glass transition temperature (Tg), which is relatively higher than the glass transition temperature (Tg) of the latex in the mixing process; (d) a storage process of storing fiber in which the fiber is mixed with an adhesive; (e) a sheet manufacturing process of manufacturing a sheet in the shape of a plate by using a mixture of the refined shaving scraps and the latex; (f) a vacuum binding force enhancement process of removing moisture from the sheet in the shape of a plate and enhancing vacuum binding force; (g) a drying process of drying the sheet in the shape of a plate which is dewatered under a vacuum condition; and (h) a press embossing process of compressing, molding, and embossing the sheet in the shape of a plate which is dried. |
