<p>The present invention relates to a bulb of a plastic bottle capable of distinguishing an object through a light at dark night in a slum area by recycling waste articles. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the bulb of the plastic bottle includes: a body unit which contains content for refracting sunlight incident inside the plastic bottle; a cap opening unit which prevents the leakage of the content contained in the body unit and replaces the content; and a containing unit which is connected to the cap opening unit and contains axis-luminescence material.</p>
