PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source device capable of achieving downsizing and weight saving in the light source device in comparison with a conventional light source device.SOLUTION: A light source device provided with solid light source groups, collimator lens groups and a light converging optical system 80 comprises: a first solid light source group 20 arranged with a plurality of first solid light source arrays 22 having a plurality of first solid light sources 26 one-dimensionally arranged along a predetermined first direction, and a second solid light source group 50 arranged with a plurality of second solid light source arrays 52 having a plurality of second solid light sources 56 one-dimensionally arranged along a predetermined second direction, as a solid light source group; first and second collimator lens groups 30 and 60 as collimator lens groups; a first reflecting section 40 for reflecting a light beam from the first collimator lens group 30; and a second reflecting section 70 for reflecting light beams emitted from the same solid light source array such that spacing between optical axes of the light beams is reduced. |
