<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery temperature control unit arranged so that a minimum necessary output can be ensured by controlling the temperature of a battery regardless of deterioration of the battery. <P>SOLUTION: The battery temperature control unit controlling the temperature of a secondary battery 21 having the operating temperature range that has been set comprises: warming means 11 for warming the secondary battery 21; a temperature sensor 22 which detects the temperature of the secondary battery 21; a degree of deterioration estimation means 15b for estimating the degree of deterioration of the secondary battery 21; setting means 15c for setting a higher lower limit of the operating temperature range for a battery as the deterioration of the secondary battery 21 estimated by the degree of deterioration estimation means 15b is more severe; and temperature control means 15d which performs warming control for making the warming means 11 warm the secondary battery 21 when the temperature detected by the temperature sensor 22 is lower than the lower limit set by the setting means 15c. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT</p> |
