发明名称 METHOD AND DEVICE FOR OXYGEN-FLUX CONDITIONING OF METAL
摘要 Method of oxygen-flux conditioning of metal which consists in feeding to the metal (10) conditioning zone (9) a gaseous fuel and oxygen to form the heating torch. Then a flux is transported by means of a flux-carrying gas the flux being finally separated from the flux-carrying gas and the latter being removed away. The flux is fed to the metal (10) conditioning zone (9) between the jets of the gaseous fuel and the oxygen and melt down within the heating torch for subsequent creation of a molten metal bath in the metal (10) conditioning zone (9). The device for implementing the method of oxygen-flux conditioning of metal comprises a casing (1) with channels (2), (7), (13) and (16) for feeding the oxygen and the gaseous fuel which are opening into an outlet chamber (8) facing the metal (10) conditioning zone (9). The casing (1) carries a separating chamber (18) provided with a gas offtake (23) and with pipe (21) for feeding to the separating chamber (18) the flux-carrying gas. The lower part of the separating chamber (18) which is adjacent to the casing (1) is provided with an opening (25) for letting the flux out after its separation from the flux carrying gas, whereas the wall of the casing (1) which is adjacent to the separating chamber (18) is provided with a conic projection (26). The conic projection (26) and the walls of the casing (1) form an annular chamber (27) for pouring the flux which is connected with the outlet chamber (8) through channels (32) intended for feeding the flux to the metal (10) conditioning zone (9).
