<p>The present invention relates to an apparatus and a method for manufacturing nanofiber filter media, in which, when a filter media is manufactured by using nanofiber manufactured through an electrical spinning apparatus, a corrugation is formed in the filter media to expand the fitering area of the filter media, so that the performance of the filter media may be improved, and also the service life of the filter media may be extended; the manufacturing process of the nanofiber and a post-process of forming the corrugation in the nanofiber are integrated in the electrical spinning apparatus; at the same time, the corrugation is formed in the nanofiber through the post-process of heat treatment after manufacturing the nanofiber through the electrical spinning, so that the manufacturing of the nanofiber and filter media may be continuously performed; and the corrugation is formed in the nanofiber through the post-process after manufacturing the nanofiber through the electrical spinning, so that only the nanofiber may be manufactured by a single process or only the filter media is manufactured by forming the corrugation in the manufactured nanofiber. In an electrical spinning apparatus in which nanofiber is manufactured by electro-spinning a spinning solution onto a long-sized sheet on a collector through a nozzle inside a unit, the apparatus for manufacturing filter media is located at a rear side of the electrical spinning apparatus and forms a corrugation in the nanofiber manufactured by the electrospinning to manufacture a filter media.</p> |
